I am from Norway...and know they are struggling over there too...with a lot of animal abuse...dumbing.killing,etc.etc.. What is wrong with people in this world...lack of emphati first of all and the lack of politicians co-operation...If all countries could get their own Animal-Police...maybe the situation will be better...I live in Serbia more than 6 months a year...and experience horrible cases done against animal every day...PLEASE do something!!!!!
